Quantities & Substitutions of Products
It’s not convenient for the customer, or the farm, to fail to deliver a product that was ordered. We do our best to adjust the quantities available according to what we observe in the garden. We could be surprised by fast or slow growth, a storm, a gopher, etc.
If we can’t provide what you ordered, we will reduce the quantity to whatever amount we can do, and we’re sorry if it ends up being zero. 🙂 In some cases, we have a reasonable substitution, and will send it instead, rather than leave you with less than you ordered. If you don’t like the substitution, you are not obligated to receive it or pay for it.
