How to order:
Register an account: Only one time, you need to input your contact information, select your username, and password here. After opening an account, it’s most practical to add your contact information before shopping, so that the the system will offer Local Pickup COD and Local Delivery on checkout. Please note: You will not see the COD OPTION if you don’t provide contact information.
Shop: In the page “Comprar-Shop” found at the menu above, under the tab “Tienda-Store”, you can choose products by clicking on “Add to Cart” for the ones you want. If there are variations to choose, just click on the “Select Options” button, and then you can add it to the cart. You can read more details about each product by either clicking on the “Quick View” button, or click on the product name to read full details.
To the left of the page you will see a Categories list to help you find specific types of products.
After choosing your products, you can click on “Cart-Carrito” and you will find your list of selected items. There, you change the quantities of products or cancel them. At the bottom of the page, you can select which way you want to receive your order. Then, just click on the “Checkout” button to finalize your order. You can also go directly to Checkout by clicking on it under the Store tab in the top menu.
Checkout: If you have not yet logged in, you will need to do it now (or register if you haven’t yet). If you provide your contact (billing information), you will be able to select Local Pickup and pay on delivery (COD). Login page
If you choose Local Pickup, then the next section will provide you the choices for where you will pick up your order. Upon selecting a location, a note will appear to confirm the date & time for that location. If you choose for us to deliver to you, you will then confirm your delivery address.
Payment: For local pickup, you don’t need to enter any card information. If you choose to pay by credit card, our secure site only forwards the information for payment, and your card information is not stored.
Finish: You have to check the box to accept the “Terms and Conditions”, which we are required to provide you, and then click on the “Place Order” button. If all is correct, you will get a confirmation number on your screen. If you don’t get that, then you need to review the response to see what is missing to complete your order. After that, you will receive an email confirmation as well.
